I live in the woods of Northwest Montana with three little girls, a sweet hubby, two cats, and an aging mutt. I spin, knit, and spend as much time as possible immersed in fiber. I also read a lot.
My blog name is courtesy of my eldest daughter, who is a bit of a balletomane. Carabosse is the fairy in the ballet “The Sleeping Beauty” who curses young Aurora with death by spindle after being overlooked to attend the infant’s christening party, and then returns 18 years later to ensorcelle her for 100 years by that very means. According to my daughter, I’m always spinning or knitting and I’m very bossy. Hmm.
You can find me on Ravelry as Karabosse.
